If the order is received by us before 12pm pacific standard time, we will ship out the products the very same day. No exchanges will be accepted after 14 days. We must receive your exchange request within 14 days from the date you received your items. To initiate an exchange: You must contact us via e-mail or call us toll free as soon as possible. Please have your order number ready. If you want a replacement for a damaged item or wrong item shipped, please let us know. We will send a replacement upon receiving the defective or wrong item. Damaged goods upon delivery must have a claim filed with the shipping company.
