All equipment is sold subject to public law 90-351, title III, U.S.D., Section 2511, and any local, state or federal ordinances. Consult your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt. Absolutely no sales to minors. By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner and that the he/she is of legal age. Shopusmore.com will not be held liable for the misuse of any product purchased from us or any of our distributors & dealers.

ANYONE attempting to falsify information or defraud our company in any way, WILL be turned over to the proper authorities.

We guarantee service satisfaction. If the order is received by us before 12pm pacific standard time, we will ship out the products the very same day. All orders will be shipped by USPS, UPS, or FedEx postal services based on our choice of the carrier. Tracking numbers will be provided for all the shipments.

At Shopusmore.com, all sales are final; however, you can exchange only within 14 days if the item is defective or you have received the wrong item. No exchanges will be accepted after 14 days. We must receive your exchange request within 14 days from the date you received your items.

You must contact us via e-mail or call us toll free as soon as possible. Please have your order number ready.
Without your order number in your return package your return cannot be processed.

If you want a replacement for a damaged item or wrong item shipped, please let us know. We will send a replacement upon receiving the defective or wrong item. Damaged goods upon delivery must have a claim filed with the shipping company. When returning the product, please use a trackable package delivery. i.e. UPS GROUND or USPS PRIORITY with delivery confirmation.
