The admirable black lacquered saya (scabbard) is adorned with wonderfully forged of golden metal end tips. They are completed by black and gold webbing. The tsuka (handle) is also wrapped with same style webbing which serves for a better grip. The tsuba (hand guard) and kashira (pommel) go in unison with the rest of golden metal cast elements. The sharp blades are forged of stainless steel possessing single cutting edges.
