The Medieval Russian Hunting Dagger is one of the best-conditioned ever handled pieces. It is outstanding by its design and high quality execution.

Its blade has a single cutting edge with a very sharp vigorously turned upward tip. The blade is adorned with a deep blood groove and is fitted in a marvelous, metal cast handle. It finishes in an open type pommel with ultra-rare carvings. Pay attention to the symmetry of the handle: the pommel and the guard are of the same shape and size. The black classic sheath is capped at both ends with striking fittings that repeat the design of Russian ornaments dating 19th century. These ones are seen on the handle too.
