Refund and exchange

If not satisfied with the item you received, ShopUsMore.com offers you the following options:

  • you can exchange the item for another one, or it can be repaired (if broken or damaged)
  • you can be refunded
  • there are cases when we can not accept the items back

 

In case you are not satisfied with the item received, please do the following:

  • Write us a note, explain the problem briefly
  • Make type of return more specific: refund or exchange
  • List the defects you have discovered or the reason why you are not satisfied with the particular watch
  • Indicate your e-mail address, date of purchase and your order number
  • If you want the item to be refunded, it must be with no defects, damages and in the same condition you received it from us.

Note:

  • We accept your return and refund orders within 10 days of the date you received the item ordered. You should return the products within 30 days from the date of your order.
  • We do not cover intentional damage or any other kind of damage caused while delivering or misusing the item (except the manufacturer’s one). We have a special quality division that tests every returned device and determines the character of defect.
  • Refund will be extended after we have inspected the item and find it to be in original condition.

In case your purchase was lost, please wait for 30 days. During this waiting period we’ll track the package way. You will be refunded if the package is not found.

But, note that you’ll have to cover all extra-charges.

The refunds will be paid in the same form the payment was received.

Adult signature is required when you receive your package. If there are no adults to receive it, the courier will leave the massage for you that it was delivered to the nearest post office.

Please note, that ShopUsMore.com is not able to foresee all the details of shipment and delivering. So, you can be asked for additional duty charges in some cases. We do not indicate these charges in our policy as they depend on place of delivery.
