The Last Samurai Japanese Orchid Katana Sword Set includes two magnificent full length traditional samurai swords. The assemblage is a beautiful replica of the two main swords used in the "Last samurai" movie: katana and wakizashi. Together the two formed daisho pair for better protection and attack.

Check out the blade, it is a 440 stainless steel tempered piece, already sharpened and with ability to be sharpened further. Both blades bear Japanese writings engraved on their surface and serving as guideline of Samurai's bushido, they mean: Honor, Samurai Spirit, Battle and Loyalty. The scabbards perfectly secure the sharpened blades. It is constructed of wood with a shiny gloss finish and a black cord wrap sageo (webbing). The scabbard throat is adorned with golden orchids fitting.

The hand guard of both katana and wakizashi has a circular design. It is built sturdy, and features detailed golden orchid on both sides. The guard continues with a long handle characteristic for both samurai swords. It is tightly rapped with black cords for solid grip in the traditional style of Japanese swords. The handle ends with a metal cast end cap.

The set is displayed on a 2 piece hardwood stand. It is not just a decorative sword; it is an inseparable attribute of any great warrior!
