The deer are sometimes aggressive animals, especially among themselves. This fact is also proved by the Scrimshaw Fighting Deer Knife.

On the handle of the knife there are some deer depicted and on the inner side of the cover of the box two fighting deer males, which have crossed their horns (apparently they're fighting for those females pictured on the handle). In addition some patterns are etched on the both sides of the handle and between these patterns is that picture with the deer.

This hunting piece will complete your collection or your friends' collections, which have any hunting tools as it is a nice work with a mirror polished blade.
