This weapon was designed for Tai Chi martial art of Chinese origin. It is based on biological human energy studies and medical studies. Jian type of sword is a Chinese sword with double cutting edge. It is straight and bears a sharp tip. It is widely used as much in battles as in trainings.

In the movie Kill Bill, this masterpiece sword belonged to Pai Mei, a martial arts master. He was the one who taught Uma to handle her energy and power.

The item features a remarkable white saya (scabbard) and same design tsuka (hilt). A stainless steel blade is perfectly secured inside the saya. The tsuba (hand guard), kashira (pommel) and saya's end caps are metal cast pieces of wonderful design. They are intricately worked with rich scrollwork reflecting traditional dragon motifs. The tsuba is shaped as short wings bended to the scabbard.

Two yellow tassels attached to the pommel and a combination of black cords and metal cast piece attached to scabbard - complete the decoration. Beside decoration purpose the tassels are used to distract opponents; whereas the black cords are used to comfortably hand the sword.
