The sword measures 41 3/4", whereas the blade is 27". The Kill Bill Budd's Hattori Hanzo Samurai Katana is a traditional Japanese long sword. It describes a specific type of curved, single-edged and wrapped sword.

The highlight of the item is its 440 stainless steel blade. It is forged with a hamon line and bears hand-write designed inscription: "To My Brother Budd, The Only Man I Ever Loved. - Bill." The ken (blade) slightly curved to its kissaki (tip). The blade bears golden accents at its base.

The blade is perfectly secured into a black lacquered saya (scabbard). The last is adorned with intricately metal cast end caps. Its body is ornate with golden three leaf and dragon symbols and with brown cords.

The same brown cords wrap the tsuka (hilt) over simulated rayskin. The hilt continues with a metal forged tsuba (hand guard) piece. It is originally designed and bears traditional motifs which pair those on end caps.
